Embed predictions where your line already runs.
Joint scoping, calibration on your proprietary data, pipeline setup, and integration into MES, LIMS, SCADA and PLC environments. We stay engaged until the model is live, validated and owned by your team.

A finite engagement with a deployable result.
Every engagement starts with a tight scoping phase. We define the manufacturing question, identify the right physics and ML modules, agree on calibration data, and lock acceptance criteria. The engagement has an end date from day one.
From there we calibrate generic models against your proprietary line data, build the integration pipeline into your systems of record, and hand over a validated, documented, version-controlled deployment. Your team owns the result on day one. We are available afterwards, but not required.
From the first call to a model in production.
Joint scoping
We start from your manufacturing question. Scope, deliverables and acceptance criteria are written down before any work begins.
Calibration on your data
Generic physics and ML models are calibrated against your proprietary measurements (line data, characterization results, recipe history), so predictions match what your line actually produces.
Pipeline & integration
We build the data pipeline that feeds the model and the integration that surfaces its output in MES, LIMS, SCADA or PLC. Wherever your operators and engineers already work.
Validated handover
The engagement ends with a documented, version-controlled deployment, a validation report and a trained internal owner.
Your systems of record stay central.
Aikemics is designed to integrate with what you already run. We expose model outputs as REST endpoints, OPC UA tags, MES events or scheduled batch exports. Whichever shape fits your existing automation and data architecture.
The hybrid architecture supports local-first execution for sensitive process data, with cloud-synchronized model libraries for updates. Sovereignty constraints, on-premise requirements and air-gapped deployments were design requirements from day one.
Before an engagement starts.
From a scoped question to a model in production.
What manufacturing question do you want answered? The one-page scoping note comes back within a week, with timeline, calibration data needs and acceptance criteria.
